HTS was founded by passion and life experiences that drove the desire to help clients avoid the costly mistakes often experienced throughout the technology industry. Our founders have been in the technology space since the late 1990’s and have learned through real successes and failures what to do and what not to do. The first life lesson that is still true today, is that no amount of money can speed up the completion of a client’s project. Development of technology and software takes time to build, test, refine, and often the larger the coding team the more it costs, and the longer it takes to complete the project. It sounds weird, but it is true that there is a unique balancing point where too many people working on your project causes harm to your timeline and budget.
After many ventures that date back to the pre-WordPress and Google world, to computer peripherals, hardware & software development, proprietary WordPress development used in 17 countries, and mobile application platforms, to name a few, we have perfected a winning cost-effective approach.
HTS is driven to leverage its experiences to provide the proper roadmap for our clients to ensure they spend the least amount of money and accomplish their true vision. Over the last couple of decades, the number one failure point in technology development is lack of long-term vision. HTS addresses the clients long term vision directly from the start of the Architecture Plan. Forgetting to do this often cripples the clients project as it scales, which results in code language changes, and ends with throwing away code that they paid for.
The software industry has its fair share of bad characters that keep the client in development and maintenance forever. This is accomplished by ignoring the client’s long-term goals, or to intentionally build the project to require a high level of maintenance. This maintenance can only be completed by advanced engineers, which allows the client to always be billed.
HTS is more focused on your success, and to shield our clients from costly maintenance that can be prevented from day one. If our clients succeed, we succeed, as there is no reason to nickel and dime the client. Additionally, HTS explains throughout the Architecture Plan phase every estimate cost by feature for the development and maintenance side. This level of transparency allows HTS clients to make educated decisions and prevent hidden costs down the road.
