HTS was founded by passion and life experiences that drove the desire to help clients avoid the costly mistakes often experienced throughout the technology industry. Our founders have been in the technology space since the late 1990’s and have learned through real successes and failures what to do and what not to do. The first life lesson that is still true today, is that no amount of money can speed up the completion of a client’s project. Development of technology and software takes time to build, test, refine, and often the larger the coding team the more it costs, and the longer it takes to complete the project. It sounds weird, but it is true that there is a unique balancing point where too many people working on your project causes harm to your timeline and budget.
